Centered and clamped the brackets to the stabilizer spars then match drilled the holes from the back. All parts lined back up but there will be additional A5 rivets in the rear mount due to match drilling the preexisting holes since it is not symmetrical. Front brackets made with no problems. Also installed the nose ribs and rear support on the elevator.
