Ran Pitot check. System pressurized using syringe, replicating 130 knot speed. Once pressure had fallen to reproduce 120 speed, time for a10 knot drop was checked. A minimum of 1 minute suggests system is air tight enough for accurate readings. It took 20 minutes to go from 120 knots to 110 knots. All those tie wraps and safety wires are working! Note Skyview thinks we have a 99 knot headwind, as the flight computer realized that even with an airspeed >100 knots, we're not moving.
Complied with SB 16-04-10. Thjis required removal of the Skyview display and rewiring of the switch harness. Not much room to work, but was able to complete without breaking anything!
Lastly applied high build primer to tailcone fairig in preparation for painting.
