Fuel leak identified at junction of AN fitting and fuel shut off valve. Tightening involved draining of all fuel and removal of shut off valve. Once removed, AN fitting cleaned, reinserted and tightened. Valve assembly then reinstalled/riveted per plans.
Fuel flow test then performed per Production Acceptance Procedures (PAP). Fuel pump required to pump 1 gallon of fuel in <180 seconds. Actual time, 107 seconds.
