Final fitting of cooling duct and sanding of oil cooler opening. Adjusted to ensure 1/4 inch gap between cooling duct and heat exchanger. Sanded all mating surfaces and applied coat of resin, followed by flox/resin mixture per plans. Clecoed cooling duct interface to cooling duct, then cooling duct to lower cowl. Reinstalled cowl to allow resin to set with cowl in correct shape. Added two layers of cloth at intersections per plans. Sticky resin everywhere.
