Drilled out #30 holes to #19 while all clamps remained in place. Replaced each removed cleco with a screw and nut to minimize movement. When all clecos were replaced with screws, removed clamps and checked alignment. No wobble was visible. Image shows pitot tube through stationary ruler hole, with brown ring representing area of bushing visible through hole. Wobble of 1/32 inch should have been easily apparent (i.e. visible bushing should changed position in hole).
