The Vertical Stabilizer spar match drilled to the lower and upper caps. Lower and upper caps seperated and excess material removed using hack saw, bench grinder. Realised I am missing the Vicson file - will have to get one.
Obviously I could not do this job on my own and Christiaan helped with Clecos as the drilling progressed. (1.5hr)
Match drilling complete, final drilling complete and countersinking complete where required. (2hr)
Countersunk VS ribs, nibbed (rounded cutting) rib ends and fluted the ribs to straiten it. (0.5)
Started dedurring and polishing of all spar parts. (1hr)
