This work session includes Steps 5 to 8 completef for the Hinge Assemblies of Section 6 - Vertical Stabilizer.
The hinge bearings did not fit into the spacer plate holes with all best effort. This was the case for both upper and lower plates. The holes were gently reamed by filing and scuffing to get a very tight fit of the bearings.
At this point all deburing is complete. Nest is Polish, Scuff, and Prime/Alodine to follow before rivetting to complete this hinge assembly.
