Brief Description: Hinge Drilling & Corner Rounding
At the end of drilling the hinges with the provided template it was noticed that he drill bit has worn the template and elongated the holes in one direction. Match drilling was very necessary. During this session the drilling and deburring was completed.
The hinge corners were then rounded to break the tension in the factory punched corners. The file used was to thick (3mm diameter) requiring only the tip to be used - very slow progress. A needle file with maximum diameter of 1.5mm will be perfect.
