Trimmed the skins, clecoed the tiny ribs and match drilled 8 holes. Disassembled and deburred all parts which include the spar, ribs and skin.
Deburring holes inside the skin is difficult and was done from the outside with the swivel deburring tool by "tilting it negative" form outside.
Separated control horns, countersunk for "oops" rivets and deburred. These parts are exposed and as part of the prime regime it was etched and binderite treated.
