Spend time de-burring the skin holes and edges. Holes that were dimpled were de-burred before dimple - all the dimpled holes.
For de-burring the holes on the skin it was opted to remove the plastic along the holes line by lifting and cutting with sharp knife attempting to avoid scratching the alclad. Intention is to save as much as possible blue plastic to cover the surface and prime only the line of contact between parts. Very time rime consuming,
Received a personal email from "sukkelaar" on AVCOM who advised to try melting the plastic with a solder on the required lines and the pull of the plastic. A well discussed method on VAF' forum but not used due to uncertainty on affect on alclad - possible alclad damage. Will experiment and try the technique later.
