Novaclean & Bonderite supplier proposed diluting the Novaclean to 5% and the Bonderite to 3% with water. (this results in having salution to do the complete airplane!!) The salutions were to strong. After scuffing and salution prep the part were edged for 2 minutes and alodined (Bonderite) for 10 minutes. Worked well. Rinsed and the result shows.
After bonderite proceeded to rivet the hing assemblys. First ten squess rivets completed!!
