Started by doing a little edge finishing on the new R-904 rib that I got. I then clecoed it in position on the rudder spar and match drilled the #30 holes through it and R-405PD, which needed a little work with the die grinder to make it nestle up nice and snug with R-904. Next, I clecoed together the entire skeleton of the rudder, and then clecoed the skins and trailing edge wedge in place. I then proceeded to match drill the #40 holes in the new R-904 rib and trailing edge wedge. Last, while leaving everything else together, I removed the trailing edge wedge, and machine countersunk both sides so that the skin will sit nice and flush. After I finished the countersinking, I clecoed the wedge back in place. It looked pretty decent.
