Took everything I had purchased from Dave out to DVT to have Larry Schneider look it all over. Elevators looked really good, a few rough spots on the VS, and quite a few on the HS, at least on one side. He recommended drilling out all the bad rivets, then bringing it back out, and he would help me get it all back together properly. He then demonstrated how to drill out a rivet a few times for me, and then I went at it myself. I had all the rivets on the TE of lower left HS drilled out by the time I left. Then everything got loaded back up, and transported to the workshop down at the office.
