SOOO!!! For the last 3 nights I have done nothing but straighten ribs. This is by no means difficult but to put so much work in and not have anything coming together is not fun. Straightening the ribs on the empanage was fun. You put the little vice grip seamer on the rib flange and watch the rib straighten right out. Well the novelty wears off quick on the wing. I had to bribe myself tonight that if I finished all the main ribs by 10 PM I would stay up to cleco them the the spars. At 9:49 I was staring at the last rib. At 9:58:30 I picked up the ice grips. I don't want to see another rib for a while. I don't even want to eat BBQ'd ribs for a while. Tomorrow I will build the wing jig and leae the nose ribs for another day.
