Brief Description:  Clecoed the skins on the right and left HS Skeleto

I clecoed the left HS skeleton together and got the skin on. It was fun forming the straight skin around the curved ribs but with an extra set of hands from my wife and pulling all the clecos out of the rear spar and starting at the nose and throwing a pair of cleco pliers through the garage door window (see black electricians tape in Picture 1) it went on without a hitch. My wife was nice enough to accept a dinner invitation to a friends house so my day was cut short but I returned with a vengeance and knocked the right side out in about half the time of the left. This is where I encountered my first problem. The inboard aft wing rib forward flange was bent in such a way that it looked from the front as if it was tight against the front spar but when I pulled the skin off the back side where the radius didn't suck up to the spar like I would have hoped. The problem is that I had already drilled the skin to spar so I was afraid that when I riveted the flange it would suck up to the front spar and throw all my holes off. I ended up calling Van's tech support and they said it would be fine. Of course he also said he would pass on any rides when the plane was finished.
