Brief Description: Matched Drilled Rudder Skin with #41 Reamer
My7 year old nephew was visiting today. I gave him a crash course on cleco's and riveting on some scrap aluminum. He wanted to work on the real airplane, so I let him work the cleco's and run the drill while I guided him to match drill the skin rivets with a #41 reamer. He helped on one side then I later finished the other side.
The rudder skeleton is now ready for dimples and primer before assembly.
