Started work on the rudder. I cut the stiffeners to size using snips. Van's makes this easy with predrilled marking holes in the aluminum. After cutting the rear taper of the stiffeners, I used a file and then a scotchbrite wheel to clean up the edges. This process was easy, if not boring, but took some time due to the amount of stiffeners.
I finished up by clecoing the stiffeners to the rudder skin for match drilling tomarrow.
