Brief Description: Removed plastic from rivet lines/Deburr skin
Some say it is a waste of time to remove the blue plastic from the rivet lines, but I figure that this part will sit around for a few years getting banged up so it will need some hangar rash protection.
I usually remove all of the plastic from the inisde of the skin before match drilling to get a better fit with the understucture. Then before dimpling I will remove the plastic from the rivet lines on the outside of the skin.
After removing the plastic (and eating) I deburred the stiffener holes and then ran a deburring tool along the edges. I set up the skin on my dimpling table for tomarrow because it was too late to start pounding on the C-Frame.
