Brief Description: Trim wheelpant cutout

Instructions say to use shears to trim fiberglass back to the scribe line for the wheel/tire cutout in the wheelpants. That's a good way to ruin a good pair of sheers. The only good way to do this is with a Dremel and cutoff wheel. Will sand to perfection at some point soon.
