Extend flap actuator to 1/2 travel w/+12volts Bolt actuator motor into flap channel/install Fit/Drill Angle in flap channel Deburr/rivet angle to flap channel Dril 1/2" holes in F-982-E panel for mixture, throttle, carb heat cables Drill safety wire hole in flap motor arm Drill flap actuator - center nylon bushing to floor w/#10 drill Trim baggage floor tunnel cover - notch at nylon flap bushing Match-drill baggage floor for platenuts & rivets (#40) Pop-rivet aft seat floor Remove pop-rivets in baggage floor & remove floor panels to install steps
