1) Dimpled bottom of trim tab spar 2) Fit hinge to top of spar 3) Martch-drilled hinge to #40 4) Cut both ends of hinge to length 5) Counter-sunk holes in top of spar 6) Removed cutaway portion of trimtab horn & deburred 7) Trimmed first three elevator counterweights to size
