1) Fabricated R-917 Shim 2) Fastened R-405PD Rudder Horn to Spar anf final-drilled top four holes to #30. 3) Clecoed Rudder Horn directly to R-904 Bottom Rib; Filed radius of top of Rudder Horn to match Rib Flange. 4) Clecoed R-904 Bottom Rib and R-405PD Rudder Horn to R-902 Rudder Spar. Slid R-917 Shim into place, added R-606PP Reinforcement Plate to front of spar and match-drilled #30 holes.
