Match-drilled holes (#30) in HS-905 Nose Ribs and HS-904 Main Ribs where they attach to HS-902 Front Spar and HS-903 Rear Spar. Numbered all parts and disassembled HS skeleton, leaving Front and Rear Spar Doublers attached to right side only Front and Rear Spars. Built HS cradles from 3/4" particle board and attached to 2 x 4" boards at bottom of cradles. Placed HS-901 right side skin in cradles. Clecoed HS-905 Nose Ribs into skin. Clecoed HS-902 Spar (right side only) to Nose Ribs and Skin. Clecoed HS-904 Main Ribs to Front Spar and Skin. Clecoed HS-903 Rear Spar to Main Ribs and Skin.
