More epoxy/glass work on the FAB. I continued trimming the baffles. The final trimming requires that the lower cowel is also in place to see where the upper cowl will sit in its final position. With both cowels in place, it is not possible to use the marker/washer to mark the baffle. I instead taped tongue depressor sticks in position on the baffles so that they would move with the cowel. When the upper cowel was placed in position, then removed, I could see by the stick position, just how much clearance remained between the baffles and cowel. It took several reiterations of this process to reach the 1/2" clearance between the baffles and cowel.
