I added a fiberglass support piece to the inner portion of the lower intersection fairing. This area did not lay flat and would expose the area to high speed airflow, and by installing a nutplate and screw this will avoid any problems. I also built up low areas on the fairings.
I am spending a lot of time in this area. I want a good fit but it is taking a lot of time and work.
