Brief Description:  Tech Advisor Recommendations

EAA technical advisor Marv Scott pointed out a few items that need attention. He suggested filling the firewall eyeball pass through with RTV to prevent fumes from entering the cabin. He also found that I had installed safety wire backwards at the left wing forward attach bolt. I must have been tired that day! Also where the autopilot servo arm attaches to the left aileron bellcrank the bolt is loose in the fitting. It needs additional washers installed so the nut will fully seat against the bell crank. Otherwise the autopilot will be continually trying to make small adjustments with the "slack" fitting.

Other items were: Lack of tourque seal on fittings on the fuel pump and fuel injector (check that these are indeed torqued and apply seal), suggested putting plastic tubing around the brake lines where they are near the brakes to prevent rubbing, reroute the flywheel sensor line for the LSE to prevent future rubbing issues, and Marv noted a potential chafing issue with the audio panel wire bundle.

I'll get to these issues shortly, then dive into the final few construction items remaining to get this airplane flying.
