The AOA indicator uses flap position to calculate the warnings it generates, and requires the installation of a switch to determine when the flaps are extended. I manufactured a mounting plate for the AOA flap position switch. I put a hose clamp onto the flap rod that rotates the flaps into position. The the screw housing of this hose clamp will serve to close the micro switch when the flaps are moved out of the up position. I installed quick disconnects on the wiring to this switch to make replacement or service easier.
I also removed the fuel filter from the cabin floor and tie wrapped the wiring that runs from the instrument panel to the aft cabin area. I had been inserting wires under the fuel filter mount plate, and now the wiring should be complete.
