In preparation for the first engine start I used clecos to attach the forward top skin. I am holding off on riveting this in place until after the first engine start. If there are any engine or ignition problems to sort out I may need access behind the instrument panel, and that would be much easier if this skin was removeable.
I will also temporarily attach the windscreen before the engine start. Today I just placed the windscreen in position to see where I could insert clecos.
