There is a lot of drilling involved in the wing tip attachment. There are many attachment screws (about 20?) and each needs the screw hole, two holes to rivet nutplates, countersinking of each hole, dimpling of the wing skin and the drilling of the holes to final size. All of this will take time. Today I drilled the screw holes then made aluminum backing strip to provide support for the nutplates. I then epoxied the backing strip to the insides of the wing tips.
