Brief Description:  Items Noted on Inspection Review

I addressed the items noted in yesterday's visit by technical counselor Marv Scott. It was pretty easy to fix or check all the items and all are now done.

I sealed the eyeball fitting in the firewall with RTV, redid the safety wire on the left wing bolt, rerouted the flywheel sensor line to further protect it from being damaged by the flywheel. I also confirmed that a few fittings that were noted by Marv had indeed been torqued but I had not applied the orange torque seal to indicate this. I also added a washer to the aileron servo arm where it connects to the bellcrank in the right wing. This is now nice and tight and removes the play I had there. I also tightened a couple of nuts behind the CB panel and also added some protective plastic tubing to the brake lines and the audio wiring harness to prevent any chafing in these areas.

I'm confident that after the throrough review by Marv yesterday and having taken care of everything he noted, that my airplane will do well on the FAA inspection.
