Once the wheel pants were drilled to the attachment plates I adjusted the final fit. Some trimming was needed around the gear leg and the tires. It took a few trims and refits until I was happy with the fit.
The fairings are made fairly thin to save weight and the plans call for strengthing the areas where the attachment screws fit. I added a few layers of glass to these areas.
