More FAB epoxy/glass work. I made a washer with a 1" diamater to fit over a felt pen. This will be used to mark the baffles for trimming. I placed the upper cowl onto the baffles and ran the pen/washer combination along the cowl where it met the baffles, marking a line on the baffles 1/2' from the cowl. I then removed the cowel and trimmed the baffles along the line. This process will take many repetetions of this process to complete. The goal is to trim the baffles so that they are within about 1/2" of the upper cowel when in position.
