I began fitting the baffle seals at the lower lip of the cowl inlet. These seals must be riveted to the lower cowl, and must lay flat on the lower lip of the baffles. I also made an aluminum strip backing to sit behind the seals for the rivets to grip onto. This fitting required adjustments to the fit of the seals already clecoed into position. I'm very happy with the final fit and appearance of the seals.
