A flanged mounting bracket is attached to the gear legs, and the brake assembly and wheel fairing attach bracket are then mounted onto this bracket. I primed the fairing mounting bracket and installed to the gear leg, using spacers made as per the plans. I used an engine hoist to raise the forward fuselage off of the sawhorse and installed the main gear. Picture number 3 shows the gear in place.
