I discovered that two circuit breakers needed to be reversed. A 5a CB was installed for the fuel pump, where a 7-10a is needed. Also a 10a CB was installed for the electrical cooling fan, where a 2-5a CB is needed. I swapped the two CB's and they are now correct for their circuits.
