Brief Description:  Began building the new rudder.

I received the new rudder from Van's with my finish kit. Fabricated the rudder skin stiffeners, and drilled them to the rudder skins. Deburred, dimpled and primed the stiffeners and insides of the rudder skins. Began drilling the rudder spar.
