Brief Description: Rudder Controls #2 / Aft Bulkheads #1

Drilled holes for Rudder Cable Fairings (looks like these things will add a whole 0.005 knots... AWESOME!). Deburred and final drilled the Aft Fuselage Bulkheads. Next Session, I will pull them back out and prime/paint them as necessary!
