Fabricated Thrust Washers from UHMW plastic stock that I had. The blanks Van's provided were just too small to machine correctly per the dimensions in the plans.

One done.

Second hole drilled with unibit, and layed out for cutting on the bandsaw

Two completed thrust washers.
