Drilled the Flap Bearing Block and trimed corners IAW Van's Construction Manual. Tried to get the Flat Weldment into place for over an hour. Bolts simply will NOT bite. I think the wrong platenuts are installed, but I will check later, too frustrated to deal with it any more!
