Brief Description: Drilled, debured, and dimpled Trim Servo Housing
Reached some confusion with the plans here. Did some reasearch on a few builders websites and was able to discern how to proceed. This step is not a simple match drill and go. You must first cleco the servo to its mounting brackets. Then trace the location of the brackets on the cover. From there, mark and drill the attach hold for the brackets in the cover. from there it is a simple match drill, debur, and dimple. Drilled, Debured, and Dimpled Trim Servo Cover IAW Van's Constrution Manual. Cleaned and primed with acetone and Dupli-Color Self-Etching primer. Finished deburing all skeleton parts. Dimpled and Countersunk all skeleton parts IAW Van's Construction manual. Cleaned and primed all parts with Acetone and Dupli-Color Self-Etching primer.
