Brief Description: Installed Engine Mount and Starter Relay
I installed the motor mount to the engine. For ease of installation, I put a couple of Pop rivets through the angle brackets and square spacers so they won't be an alignment hassle when installing the engine to the root tube (Mike Harrison hint). The angle mounts required drilling with the exception of 4 holes that allowed alignment. Once I had one done, I clamped the two together (mirror image) and used the holes in the completed one as pilot holes for the second. Done on my drill press, this worked beautifully.
I also mounted the Starter Relay to the plate above and behind the fuel tank. I used anchor huts behind the plate and countersunk rivets for easy maintenance/replacement later.
