Brief Description: PTT fabrication and Brake Lever pre-install
I bought two very small DPDT push button momentary switches to put in the top of each stick for PTT. After using a meter on the switch and 4 pin din plug that came with the Comtronics intercom, Itest wired one of the switches to do a "proof of concept" test. It worked very well. I will next install the switches. I may use modular 4 pin plugs for ease of maintenence later. I haven't decided at this point.
I also need to adapt two Magura large master cylinder brake levers (metric 5 mm hose) to a SAE 3/16 hose union. I decided to use sand paper to take off about .005" from the radius of the hose ends. This seems to have worked. The pressure test will tell.
