Brief Description: Prepaired tailfeather tubing for covering
I took horizontal stabs, elevators and dorsal fin to driveway and cleaned with Alumiprep 33. This removed all oxidation and will improve the adhesion of the poly-tak. I then scuffed the perimeters of all surfaces with gray scotch brite to give the poly-tak a microscopically rough surface to cling to.
