I used the procedure detailed on the Challenger 101 site to install the left aileron. This is slow tedious work but needs to be done perfectly, which is how it turned out. I will use Mike Harrison's technique of using hose clamps to position the hinges to the spar and predrilling the hinges when doing the right wing, next.
