I built a jig using a 2" sanding drum attached to the drill press chuck. I locked it into a position recessed into a piece of particle board with an earlier cut 2 1/4" hole. I used a piece of scrap wood for a fence and was able to dress the ends of the wing ribs in a 100% consistent manner. I think this will make for a much cleaner installation. I can now start the wing building process in earnest.
