The fuselage is finally all deburred, rust protected, and rivited together. In fact I was a bit too quick riviting the back luggage comparment wall in place, Now, I have to drill it open again to install the Dynon SV-ADAHRS-200 module for attitude reference, air data including pitot tube, static port, and digital compass, antennas, and the anti oil-canning stiffeners.
The installation of the rudder works really well by putting the front-end of the rear fuselage on the ground and levelling the top skin both front to back as well as left to right. In this position the entire empenage can be installed without the need to work on top of a ladder.
Next major steps are cabin, forward fuselage, firewall and the contorols and last but not least the landing gear and the nose wheel.
