Started looking at how to drill the bottom of the leading edge, took the bottom skin to use as a template, squared it up on the wing and clamped it in place, used the holes that were pre-drilled in the lower skin as a template to drill the bottom of the leading edje. Worked well except the bottom skin was about 1/4" too far towards the wing tip, I will have to adjust and re-drill the holes in the skin. Filled the left fuel tank to the rim with gas and there were no leake, the tank took about 12-13 gallons of fuel to fill, it was supposed to be 16.
