Brief Description:  Stringer splicing

Started removing stringers to permantly attach splices and prime mating parts, installes cable guides on all bulkheads except #1(will do once main support is removed, Removed and trimmed inside corners and primed mating parts. Installed a-009 on 06 bulkhead and counter sunk holes. waiting for dimple dies to start riveting stringers to bulkheads
