Havn't made a entry in a while, recieved the full lotus floats from the east coast, did some clean up and repairs. Made a plywood template to assist in the installation process, attached the spreder bars to it and squared everything up, Raised the plane in the air with some chain blocks and removed the landing gear. Adjusted the hight and slid the jig under the plane, hooked up the attachment points and set the wing angle to 5 deg.
