Set up flaps and ailerons to drill the hinges, used 2x4s to rest the wing on and use as a guide to keep the flaps and ailerons level with the bottom ov the wings. set in place as straight as they would go. Drilled the hinges with 3/32 drill bit through the flap bracket. I thought that this would be a good time to install the bushings I bought from Aircraft Spruce so I drilled it out to 3/8 and pressed in the bushings, trimmed off the excess and bolted together.
